This Privacy Policy explains how JT Brands LLC, doing business as Scarlet & Sable ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from scarletandsable.com (the "Site").

- Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online service is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
