Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of scarletandsable.com (the "Site") and any purchase from Scarlet & Sable, a business name of JT Brands LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Products and information
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. We may correct errors, change product information or discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping within the United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full. You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours by emailing support@scarletandsable.com.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to JT Brands LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
7. Third-party services
Checkout, payments and some Site features are provided by third parties such as Shopify. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties other than those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
