Track Your Order
Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, or the tracking number from your dispatch email.
- Order confirmed. You receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order.
- Dispatched. Within 1–3 business days we email you a tracking link.
- Delivered. Delivery takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 7–15 business days in total.
You can also use the tracking link in your dispatch email. You can also view your orders by signing in to your account with the email you used at checkout.

If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@scarletandsable.com with your order number. We reply within one business day.
